Installation of ventilation systems using the Gripple wire suspension system is among the most popular installation methods. It can be used for spiral (spiro) ducts, rectangular, oval, or PIR ductwork. For each type of duct, we offer several options to make the installation process more efficient. Compared to the traditional threaded rod system, it provides many more possibilities and solutions for suspending ducts and units. Using the Gripple wire suspension system allows installation to be carried out much more efficiently, reducing installation time by up to 85%, resulting in significant savings in both time and cost.

From the moment GRIPPLE materials are delivered, no preparatory work such as cutting, grinding, or storing materials in different lengths is required. The GRIPPLE suspension system is delivered to the site pre-prepared to the specific length required by the project and the customer. The wire suspensions are supplied as sets in boxes, and instead of assembling a suspension from 8 to 10 components, only two components are needed: the wire with the required end fitting and the suspension lock.

The installation itself is simple and safe. The use of fastening hardware is minimized and replaced by an easy-to-operate locking mechanism depending on the suspension type.

There is no risk of spontaneous loosening or of certain components not being properly tightened, which can occur with traditional suspension systems.

GRIPPLE wire suspensions absorb vibrations to a much greater extent than threaded rods with damping elements, as confirmed by the relevant certifications. This means that vibrations from ducts and units are transferred far less into the building structure compared to threaded rod systems. For this reason, the wire system is also more suitable for residential buildings and office spaces than traditional suspension systems.
